Best sushi place in this part of Vancouver. Food has been consistently yummy. Good prices for the portion of food. Recently tried the pizza sushi but don't recommend it

I have been coming here since high school - and despite the renovations, changes in staffing, and menu changes - the food has consistently been top notch! Both Korean and Japanese dishes are done well and authentically, super fresh ingredients, innovative sushi rolls, and continues to be great value. Generally busy but the wait is never particularly long.

Tried their sushi/sashimi as well as the nabe yuki udon. Very flavourful and the fish is fresh. The lunch box is also a great value. Definitely a great place to go in Kerisdale. The seat beside the window is great to people watch as well.

I had a great experience at Asa Sushi! Asaki provided excellent service — attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. We started with some miso soup, which was warm and comforting, followed by a selection of maki sushi that was fresh and flavorful. The saki was smooth and paired perfectly with the sushi, while the soy sauce added a nice touch without overpowering the delicate flavors. We also enjoyed some tea and beer alongside the meal, both of which were served promptly and at the right temperature. Asa Sushi offers a cozy atmosphere and top-notch quality — I’ll definitely be back!

I love Asa Sushi! The sushi is the best in town, simple, fresh and always yummy. Plus they have some delicious Korean dishes. The staff are always super smart and welcoming and this is just my favourite place to grab a quick lunch or dinner. My kitty loves them too....(take out only for Gabby)

Absolutely delicious! ASA Sushi serves fresh and beautifully presented dishes. The rolls were crispy and flavorful, and the nigiri melted in our mouths. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and excellent value. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot for sushi lovers!

Absolutely loved this Japanese restaurant! The sushi was fresh and flavorful, especially the sashimi and rolls. Great presentation and friendly service. Perfect spot for a family meal. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Asa Sushi has become one of my favorite spots. The food is always fresh and full of flavor!! I’ve never had a bad dish there. The service really stands out too. the staff are warm, welcoming, and always make sure you’re taken care of. It’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to.
